Ask Amy Staging specializes in staging homes for sale and we work with all types of spaces. We stage vacant or occupied homes in any condition to create a new and appealing look. Each of our customers receive a personal consultation in which we review their individual needs while walking through the property. We provide a pre-staging consult service that gives homeowners a checklist of suggestions. Our professionally staged service involves the Ask Amy Staging team enhancing the entire home or any number of individual rooms. We can perform all or part of the home staging depending on the wishes of the customer. At Ask Amy Staging, our goal is to help make your home appeal to the widest variety of buyers enabling it to sell quicker and for top dollar. We provide services to the entire Miami Valley region and Dayton in western Ohio.
Who We Are:
Owned and operated by Amy Zumberger, Ask Amy Staging, LLC was launched in May of 2011. Amy saw the need for a unique service that would positively transform properties to improve their listing potential and take a burden from busy real estate agents. Drawing on her training through ASP and RESA home staging courses, Amy was able to take her passion for home interiors to the business level. Amy is an Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASP Master) and is among the network of more than 21,000 Real Estate Agents and professional Home Stagers worldwide, who are providing homeowners with the knowledge and tools needed to sell their homes faster and/or for more money. Amy continues to upgrade her trade and recently acquired 3 more accreditations including: ASP Master, Real Estate Owned Specialist, and Senior Relocation Specialist.

Biography
Megan strives to create unique interiors that positively impact her clients needs and wants in their daily lives. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Bowling Green State University, and a well trained eye for furnishings and textiles, she is able to bring a new perspective to each of her client’s homes. She has great skill in space planning and drafting, which aid in the functional aspects of every design. One of Megan’s favorite parts of design is paint. How each color uniquely impacts a space can make or break a design; therefore, it is important to make the proper selections. Together, we can create a home you are proud of.
